Cable extrusion

Glass fibers are sensitive to external interferences. A sheathing enables to protect them from mechanical and thermal conditions, as well as aggressive liquids or gases. Some cables are electrically non-conductive and can therefore be used in a high electromagnetic field environment.

Light conducting cables are processed into individual cable light guides by cutting them to length and optically treating the end faces. A wide assortment of standardized cable diameters, sheathing types and end terminations is at your disposal.
