Superior biocompatibility and ultra-small sizes

SCHOTT VivoTag® transponder glass tubes have been successfully tested for biocompatibility (cytotoxicity, hemo-compatibility) in animal applications, which means the glass causes little or no immune reaction when subcutaneously injected or implanted. VivoTag® transponder glass tubes are available in very small dimensions, down to 1.25 mm outer diameter.
