In production, you will work in a two-shift, three-shift, or fully continuous shift system, depending on the area. A shift typically lasts eight hours. Exact times may vary slightly depending on the department.
Yes. Work clothing, safety shoes, and all necessary protective measures are provided by us. You will also receive individually fitted safety glasses and can choose from various safety shoe models to ensure that your equipment is well suited to you and your work. Safety is SCHOTT’s highest priority.
Yes. For night, Sunday, and holiday work, as well as for overtime, you will receive collectively agreed supplements. There are also corresponding allowances for three-shift or fully continuous shift work.
