One of our core competencies: We print more than 2,000 customer-specific color tones every year, in precise and identical color tones for follow-up orders. Even when it involves printing ten or more colors on a single piece of flat glass, the finest of lines and symbols are clearly visible.

Various printing effects include metal impressions, matt satin-finished surfaces, mirror elements, frosted glass design, semi-transparent colors, front, and back side printing on the same glass, and haptic effect printing. QR Codes and barcode printing are also available.

Because most prints on flat glass require the highest mechanical and temperature resistance, we apply mainly ceramic colors, while organic colors are mostly used as light filters. Both color types can be printed in combination on the same glass panel. Almost all color shades are available by color matching.

We offer functional prints, such as special colors for infrared sensors and capacitive buttons or black-panel print solutions. For that, operating elements can be perfectly integrated into the appliance - enabling new ways for smart technology within our high-performance glass.

We use conductive inks for printed circuits on control panels where we print circuits directly onto the glass, making the use of PCB unnecessary. This enables a thinner, more flexible construction. Plus, it extends the lifespan and enhances the quality of your device.

Perfectly fitting interfaces for the installation of electronic components or capacitive sensors open up new design options. While printed heating circuits on glass for heating devices or heating plates make additional foils superfluous - and increase the service life of your device significantly.

Regardless of whether you need cut-outs on the outer edges or inside a pane, we place them in exactly the same position on every glass pane in a production series to enable smooth automatic assembly in series production.

We use a special technology to ensure perfectly smooth glass edges for safe handling. This enables us to achieve outstanding geometric precision - chip-free, with fewer rejects and minimal chamfers.
