Built on innovation and quality, Bosch Series 8 cooktops have a number of unique features, including ‘FlexInduction’, the flexible interconnection of induction cooking zones, and the ‘PerfectFry’ frying sensor, which constantly monitors the temperature in the pan and precisely adjusts it if necessary.

But it’s SCHOTT CERAN Miradur® – branded by Bosch as ‘GlassProtect’ – that offers the modern busy kitchen the greatest benefit: anti-scratch technology. As the world’s first and only scratch-resistant glass-ceramic cooktop panel, CERAN Miradur® has a surface that’s twice as scratch-resistant as a conventional cooktop and almost as hard as diamond, elevating glass-ceramic from a four to a 10 on the Martens Hardness Scale. That results in a stunning 95 % fewer scratches from sand and 70 % fewer scratches caused by abrasive sponges.
