Quality management
We control and monitor all processes to meet your compliance requirements, considering integrated management systems for various requirements of different industries (ISO, GMP, etc.) where applicable. In addition, we fulfill all documentation obligations towards authorities or customers by using a validated electronic quality management system. We are your point of contact for arranging second-party audits and general questions. We not only handle complaints about our own services but also provide support with complaints against third parties.
Accredited according to ISO 17025:2017
The accreditation, which has been in place for over 30 years, currently covers approximately 250 test procedures. In addition to standard test procedures in accordance with international or national regulations (DIN, ISO, ASTM, Ph. Eur., 1SP, JP, YBB, ICH), we carry out accredited in-house procedures that include customized special and specific analyses. Thanks to flexible accreditation, we can adapt or newly develop, validate, and use accredited test or analysis procedures at short notice. The test procedures are assigned to the working areas of the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) and listed in the corresponding partial certificates.
