Sending of Invoices via E-Mail
Information regarding invoice distribution by E-Mail
With immediate effect SCHOTT Singapore Pte.Ltd. accepts the efficient and environmentally friendly option to deliver supplier invoices by E-mail. To make sure that this is working quickly and smoothly the following prerequisites must be regarded.
- Please use exclusively Roman characters (i.e. NO Chinese, etc.)
- The invoice has to be sent exclusively to the following E-Mail address: sg.invoices@schott.com
- For each invoice one separate E-Mail has to be created.
- Each E-Mail may include only one pdf-attachment (maximum file size 10 MB). The first page of the pdf file has to show the invoice, all additional relevant attachments have to follow in the same pdf document.
- The same invoices may not be sent additionally by regular mail.
