High purity quartz components with low levels of contamination are ideal for wafer processing, plasma etching and advanced microelectronics manufacturing. The thermal resistance of Ilmasil™ quartz glass enables high reliability in extreme environments between 1100 - 1300°C.

Photonics

Its optical properties make quartz glass an indispensable material for the photonics industry. We offer a wide range of undoped and various doped fused quartz materials. In a tool-free process tubes are produced from a hollow cylinder. These tubes are mainly used in UV and IR applications.
