SCHOTT 1988 yılından beri Türkiye‘de

Geçen yıl 125. kuruluş yıldönümünü kutlayan Alman SCHOTT firması, dünyanın çeşitli ülkelerindeki birçok üst düzey projede, teknolojiyi ve estetiği bir araya getiren ürün ve çözümleri ile yer alıyor. Dünyanın ‘Özellikli Cam’ konusunda önde gelen üreticilerinden SCHOTT AG, Türkiye’de katma değerli projelere imza atmaya devam etmekte.

Yönetim Sistemleri Kapsamı

SCHOTT, özel camların ve cam seramiklerinin ve ayrıca camdan ya da benzer maddelerden meydana gelen bileşenlerin dünya çapında önde gelen üreticisidir. Şirket merkezi Mainz’dadır (Almanya). Türkiye’de SCHOTT, SCHOTT Cam ve Schott Orim tarafından temsil edilmektedir. Bolu ve Çerkezköy olmak üzere iki fabrikası bulunmaktadır. SCHOTT Cam, Schott AG‘nin üretiği tüm ürünleri Türkiye’de satış sorumlusuyken, Schott Orim beyaz eşya sektörüne cam işlemektedir.

Schott Orim, 1989 yılında Beyaz Eşya sektörüne cam temin etmek amacıyla, Bolu Organize Sanayi bölgesinde kurulmuştur. Bolu İşletmesi 10.000 m² toplam alan, 6.000 m² kapalı alanda faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir. Çerkezköy İşletmesi 2001 yılında, Çerkezköy Organize Bölgesinde 34.098 m² toplam, 18.902 m² kapalı alanda kurulmuş ve faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.

İşletmelerin üretim proseslerinde, Cam Kesim, Kenar İşleme, Delik Delme, Baskı (Serigrafi), Temper,  Gruplama ve müşteri isteği doğrultusunda ek prosesler yer almaktadır.

Çevre açısından üretim proseslerimizde zararlı kimyasallar kullanmamaya özen gösterilmekte, atıklar uygun şekilde bertaraf edilmektedir. Her yıl sosyal sorumluluk projeleri kapsamında ağaçlandırma projeleri yürütülmektedir.

İŞ SAĞLIĞI  ve GÜVENLİĞİ ;
TS ISO 45001 İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemi ve Schott EHS standartlarının gerekliliklerini yerine getirir. Çalışma ortamında ortaya çıkabilecek sağlık ve güvenlik risklerini analiz ederek minimize edilmesini sağlar. İş sağlığı ve Güvenliği bilincinin oluşturulması ve geliştirilmesi için eğitim faaliyetleri düzenler. Sağlığın bozulmasını ve meslek hastalıklarını engellemek için düzenli kontroller yapar, önleyici sağlık ve güvenlik faaliyetleri gerçekleştirir. Tüm paydaşlar için sağlıklı ve güvenli bir çalışma ortamı oluşturur ve faaliyetlerini değişen şartlara, yasa, yönetmelik ve mevzuata uygun olarak sürekli iyileştirir.
 
ÇEVRE;
TS ISO 14001 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi Standardı ve SCHOTT EHS Standardı gerekliliklerini yerine getirerek, kendisini doğanın bir parçası olarak kabul eder. Çevre konularında şirketin tabi olduğu yerel ve uluslararası mevzuata uyumlu çalışır ve her zaman çevreye saygılı olarak çalışmalarını devam ettirir. Çevre kirliliğinin önlenmesi için gerekli tüm çalışmaları yaparak atıkların azaltılması, kaynakların verimli kullanılması için sürdürülebilir aksiyonları alır.

Toplum içinde ilgili paydaşlarının gereksinim ve beklentilerini esas alan temel toplum sonuçları için belirlenmiş stratejiyle uyumlu hedefler belirler, resmi otoriteler ve halka açık bilgi politikası uygular.  Çevre performansını artırarak, Çevre Yönetim Sisteminin sürekli iyileştirilmesini sağlar.İklim değişikliğine değişikliği ile mücadele için gerekli aksiyonları alarak karbon ayak izinin azaltılması için faaliyetler yürütür.

ENERJİ;
TS ISO 50001 Enerji Yönetim Sistemi Standardının gerekliliklerini yerine getirerek, tabi kaynakların korunmasına katkıda bulunur. Enerji Yönetim Sisteminin kesintisiz olarak işlemesi için gerekli tüm eğitimleri verir, bilinç ve farkındalığı arttırmak için uygun faaliyetler gerçekleştirir. Enerji tüketiminin planlı olarak azaltılması ve verimliliğin arttrılması için gerekli aksiyonları alır. Tüm yasal ve diğer şartları yerine getirir. Enerji Yönetim Sisteminin amaç ve hedeflerinin sürdürülebilirliği için gerekli tüm kaynakları temin eder. Tüm paydaşların ihtiyaç ve beklentilerini göz önünde bulundurarak enerji performansını sürekli iyileştirir. Yeni teknolojiler geliştirerek, ekonomik yönleri göz önünde bulundururken, öncelikle enerji verimliliği artırılmış yeni ve yedek tesis, ekipman ve bileşenlere yatırım yapar. Tüm tasarım faaliyetlerinde enerji verimliliğini dikkate alır ve faaliyetleri bu çerçevede yürütür.

Yasal ve ilgili mevzuat gerekliliklerini yerine getirerek, anlaşmalardan doğan yükümlülüklerini karşılayarak, iç ve dış paydaşlara yönelik firma sorumluluklarından kaynaklanan bilgi güvenliği gereksinimlerini sürekli  iyileştirerek  sağlar.

The German company SCHOTT that celebrated its 125th establishment anniversary in the past year, takes part in many high level projects in various countries in the world with its product and solutions that combine technology and aesthetics. SCHOTT AG, one of the leading manufacturers in respect of ‘Special Glass’ of the world, continues to carry out the value added projects in Turkey.

SCHOTT is the leading manufacturer worldwide of special glass; glass ceramics as well as components consist of glass or similar materials. The registered office is in Mainz (Germany). In Turkey, SCHOTT is represented by SCHOTT Cam and Schott Orim. SCHOTT has two factories, Bolu and Çerkezköy. SCHOTT Cam is a sales representative in Turkey for all the products that manufactured by Schott AG, Schott Orim processes glass to the white goods sector.

Schott Orim was established in the Organized Industrial Zone of Bolu in 1989 in order to provide glass for the White Goods sector. . Bolu Factory continues its activities in a total area of 10.000 m², a closed are of 6.000 m². Çerkezköy Factory was established in 2001, in the Organized Industrial Zone of Çerkezköy in a total area of 34.098 m² and a closed area of 18.902 m² and continues its activities.

In the production processes of the factories, there are Glass Cutting, Edge Processing, Hole Drilling, Print (Serigraphy), Temper, Grouping and additional processes in line with the customer request.
In terms of environment, we take care not to use hazardous chemicals in our production processes and wastes are disposed properly. Afforestation projects are carried out in every year within the scope of the social responsibility projects.

HEALTH and SAFETY;
Always comply with the EN ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management System and SCHOTT EHS standard requirements.
Analyzes the health and safety risks that may arise in the working environment and ensures that they are minimized.
Plans training activities with colleagues to create higher awareness about health and safety topics.
Conducts regular checks and carries out preventive health and safety activities to prevent deterioration of health and occupational diseases.
Creates a healthy and safe working environment for all stakeholders and continuously improves its activities in accordance with changing conditions, laws, regulations and legislation.
Monitors the participation of employees in its activities and ensures that employees are consulted.

ENVIRONMENT;
Always comply with the EN ISO 14001 Environment Management System and SCHOTT EHS standard requirements and recognizes itself as a part of nature.
Works in compliance with the local and international legislation that the company is subject to on environmental issues and always continues to work with respect to the environment.
Takes sustainable actions for the reduction of waste and the efficient use of resources by doing all the necessary work to prevent environmental pollution.
Based on the needs and expectations of the relevant stakeholders in the society.
sets targets in line with the strategy determined for the basic society results, and implements an information policy open to the official authorities and the public.
By increasing the environmental performance, ensures the continuous improvement of the environmental management system.
Carries out activities to reduce the carbon footprint by taking the necessary actions to combat climate change.

Always comply with the EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System and provide, manage and improve processes, products and service in order to create value for customers stakeholders.

INFORMATION PROTECTION;
Always comply with the TS EN ISO 27001 Information Security Management System by managing its information, advocacy, objectives and risks, and developing controls for security risks.
By fulfilling the legal and relevant legislation requirements, meeting the obligations arising from the agreements, continuously improving the information security requirements arising from the company's responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders.

ENERGY;
Contributes to the protection of natural resources by fulfilling the requirements of TS ISO 50001 Energy Management System Standard.
Provides all necessary trainings for the uninterrupted operation of the Energy Management System, and carries out appropriate activities to increase awareness.
Takes the necessary actions to reduce energy consumption in a planned manner and to increase efficiency.
Fulfills all legal and other requirements.
Provides all the necessary resources for the sustainability of the goals and objectives of the Energy Management System.
Continuously improves its energy performance by considering the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
By developing new technologies, while considering the economic aspects, it primarily invests in new and replacement facilities, equipment and components with increased energy efficiency.
Considers energy efficiency in all design activities and carries out activities within this framework.
