Quality management
SCHOTT Analytics has been flexibly accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 for over 30 years. Our service portfolio currently comprises approximately 250 procedures. In addition to standard testing procedures according to international or national regulations (DIN, ISO, ASTM, Ph.Eur., USP, JP, YBB, ICH), we perform accredited in-house procedures that include customized special and specific analyses for our customers. Thanks to our flexible accreditation, we can adapt or develop new testing or analysis procedures at short notice, validate them, and use them in an accredited manner. All departments have been certified by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS). Accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 includes certification according to DIN ISO 9001:2015.The quality management department controls and monitors all processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements, considering integrated systems for various industry requirements (ISO, GMP, etc.) where appropriate. It is the point of contact for complaints and fulfills all documentation obligations towards authorities or customers by using a validated electronic quality management system.
