Automotive AC e-Compressor Terminals
CHARACTERISTICS
We work with electric compressor manufacturers and automotive OEMs around the world to develop our CompRite™ e-compressor terminals. SCHOTT draws on years of experience in compressors and the automotive sector to offer fully performance-optimized standard products and custom automotive air conditioning compressor terminals that fulfill even the most challenging requirements. Using glass, rubber, and/or ceramic materials enables superior electric insulation, even under adverse conditions.
YOUR ADVANTAGES
- High voltage capability: 800 V+ (support for quick-charging technology).
- High current capability: 30-150 A (required for 48 V technology).
- High pressure resistance: 20 MPa (required for CO₂ (R744) refrigerants). SCHOTT can deliver the best GTMS design for an application by using our simulation technology.
