Testimonial Hermina Seuz - Media Technology
I completed my apprenticeship at SCHOTT and now assume responsibility as a team assistant in Media Technology.
Even during my apprenticeship as an office management assistant, I felt very well supported at SCHOTT. Today, I work as a team assistant in Media Technology and experience every day how much trust is placed in young employees here. I am responsible for reviewing and posting cost statements and invoices, maintaining my team's personnel and time bookings, and analyzing orders to determine our monthly KPIs. In addition, I handle travel expense management and support my team with all tasks that arise.
What makes my everyday work special is the family-like atmosphere. Questions and new ideas can be raised at any time, you receive constructive feedback, and colleagues support one another. This open collaboration creates a sense of security and motivation—especially at the beginning of a professional career.
For me, SCHOTT is special because I can develop both professionally and personally here. Even during my apprenticeship, I was entrusted with responsibility and encouraged to contribute my own ideas. This supportive environment motivates me every day and gives me the sense that I am in the right place for the long term.
