Today, I manage a production line for complex glass-to-metal feedthroughs in the Hybrid division. I am responsible for ensuring production is on schedule, meets quality standards, and is cost-efficient, and I lead a team that includes process development and quality assurance. I find the combination of high-tech products and a highly networked working environment particularly fascinating.
