In my role as a development engineer for Hybrid Packages with a focus on Aerospace, I oversee customer projects in the prototype phase throughout the entire development process. From analyzing customer requirements and conducting technical feasibility assessments to coordinating with suppliers, I am involved in every step. Once an order is placed, I work closely with Production to ensure the prototypes are manufactured smoothly and on schedule. Especially in the Aerospace sector, precision, reliability, and structured processes are essential—and that is exactly what we embody here.

The open communication culture is particularly important to me. Topics can be discussed transparently—they are not only heard, but actively addressed. Furthermore, I find it meaningful to work for a foundation-owned company that combines economic success with social responsibility.
