Sending of invoices via Email
Information regarding invoice distribution by email
With immediate effect PT. SCHOTT Igar Glass. accepts the efficient and environmentally friendly option to deliver supplier invoices by E-mail. To make sure that this is working quickly and smoothly the following prerequisites must be regarded.
- Invoices shall be sent exclusively to the email address invoice.ppi@schott.com.
- For each invoice a separate PDF shall be created. Invoices must be combined into one pdf file.
- Each email may include multiple attachments but shall not exceed the size of 20 MB. The first page of the PDF file must show the invoice, all additional information / documents have to follow within the same PDF.
- For local vendor that adds VAT to invoice, it is mandatory to attach a tax invoice (Faktur Pajak).
- The same invoices may not be sent additionally by regular mail.
