Analytical instruments used in research and clinical laboratories can further be equipped with precise lighting solutions. The customized LED light sources and fiber optic light guides (made out of SCHOTT PURAVIS^®) for different wavelengths provide constant, stable and prolonged light intensity to ensure that experts see more of what they need to see. These flexible light guides are very resistant against rapid movement.

And another clou: we offer a light source with long-term stability – one that delivers the same light in the required wavelength. SCHOTT is the only supplier worldwide offering a sensor technology that can monitor the wavelength, and, if needed, can make readjustments. That means the light remains stable (always the same light) also after 30,000 hours in operation (running time).
