Tips for Application


Registration
Sending us your online application requires a successful initial registration in our online applicant portal. In order to facilitate the process, you can also log in with your Xing or LindedIn Account. After the successful initial registration, your username and individual password will be send to the email address given.

Confirmation of receipt
After you have send us your application, you will receive an automatically sent confirmation of receipt to the email address you have provided.In case you have not received the confirmation of receipt, we kindly ask you to check your spam-folder since many automatically sent emails are often categorized in the wrong folder.


Important advice regarding your online application
General Information
After your successful registration you have the chance to provide us with your complete application documents. Please note that only fields indicated with a * are mandatory fields that have to be filled out in order to submit your application. Filling out the mandatory fields will take 5 minutes maximum. The more detailed your information are the better we can match your profile with an open job position.
Languages
For the languages, German and English please choose your appropriate skill level. You can manually add additional languages at any time. Therefore, please select the desired language first and then choose the appropriate skill level.Attach files
In order to process your application, we need your complete application documents. The authorized file formats are .pdf, .doc, .jpg, .ppt, .xls with a maximum size of 5 MB each. Please note that you cannot attach ZIP-files.

View your application status
With your login-data, you can log in to our online applicant portal at any times in order to inform yourself about your application’s status or to update your documents. You can also apply for further positions or withdraw you application.
