Range of Optical Moulded Blanks Produced:

Diameter ranging from 5.5mm up to 305mm

Weight from 0.2gms up to 6 kilograms

Weight from 0.7 grams up to 6 kilograms

Various shapes for non optical products

Range of Cold Processing:

Radius Milling

Milled blanks supplied by us are ready for lapping and polishing. Installed machines have a daily capacity up to 4,000 surfaces. Blanks with a diameter range from 9mm up to 200mm.

Centerless Grinding

Diameter for rods ranging from 3mm to 15mm with a very tight tolerance. Cut Disc with flat surface and center thickness down to 2mm. Ground balls with a diameter range from 3mm to 15mm.

Prisms Grinding

Ground prisms with a tight surface flatness and roughness supplied by us are ready for lapping and polishing. On request a multi-step cleaning process is available.

Cold Processed Lens & Prism Blanks

Core-drilling, flat-grinding and slicing machines provide lens blanks up to 100mm diameter and prism blanks up to 500 grams. This process is mainly suitable for small lot sizes up to 50 pieces.

Finished, polished prisms ready for coating. Single prisms and prism bars Applications mainly in the field of digital projection
