SCHOTT Type I plus® coating technology

SCHOTT Type I plus® drastically reduces chemical interaction between your product and the glass container. SCHOTT Type I plus® containers are made of pharmaceutical Type I glass, and they have a chemically bonded, invisible, ultrathin layer of pure SiO2 on their inner surface. As a result, loss of active components due to adsorption, degradation, etc. is significantly reduced. The container can be washed, depyrogenated, filled and sterilized.
