Moritex LED Series

In the constant pursuit of the optimal image, Moritex offers two kinds of LED lighting, the MG Wave constant current series and the MCV-Light Series constant voltage series. With LED lighting, heat control is critical for optimum performance. Moritex’s MG Wave series uses a constant current detection control system in that allows heat-generating resistors to be relocated from inside the LED array to the power source, thereby significantly reducing heat at the LEDs. This translates into higher brightness, longer lifetime, and better uniformity due to the binning process required to match individual LED performance.

For fast and easy integration at a competitive price, Moritex also offers the MCV series. Designed with the machine vision integrator in mind, the MCV series comes in a variety of configurations and colors and features M12 or flying lead connections at a price and performance point that is typically less than the competition.
