SCHOTT Lighting and Imaging Spectra^™ Lightbar 35mm is ideal for display and showcases in the retail, museum and exhibition markets. Consisting of a fiber optic LightBar and light source, the system offers many advantages over conventional lighting.

As the LightBar produces points of light in multiple rows along its length it gives bright and even illumination over the entire area of the display case, virtually eliminating visible shadows. The numerous points of light produce an extra 'sparkle' to merchandise such as jewelry, watches and cut glass.

As fiber optic lighting transmits virtually no heat and ultraviolet light the display area remains unaffected by these components. Consequently, the SCHOTT Spectra^™ Lightbar 35mm can be used in close proximity to display materials that might suffer damage when exposed to conventional lighting.

SCHOTT retail light sources have been specifically designed to be installed in the base of a display case and incorporates many features to reflect this, such as changing the lamp without having to move the light source at all.
