What is the right cleaning agent and how should the window insert be cleaned?
There are a number of different commonly used commercial cleaning and care products available (for coated inserts, please use a glass cleaner). Simply follow the instructions of the cleaning product as recommended by its manufacturer.

CAUTION: Under no circumstances should you use any abrasive (scouring) cleaning product or scratch pads.
