The frame-door sytem improves food temperature and quality at same time as it reduces the energy consumption of the cooler cabinet by min.30%. The doors with a slim frame assure maximum visibility of the products. The lack of a mullion and the easy to activate hold open function make the replenishing and removing of the products simple.
The system is easy to adapt to any kind of cooler cabinet. It can be supplied with different types of lighting, e.g. T8 or T5 fluorescent tubes – also as meat light - or with LED lighting, assuring the required illumination of the merchandise.
Together with SCHOTT CONTURAN™ you will achieve an extra high visibility of the products.

ECO-S
SCHOTT Termofrost® Eco-S is a patented modular system which minimizes the energy consumption of our
frames and doors in a smart way. the system continuously measures temperature and
relative humidity in the cold room and in the store. Based on this specific data, Eco-S
supplies the exact amount of energy to keep the doors and frames free of condensation.
the Eco-S module system consists of one Pm (Power module), one cS (cold Sensor)
and one htS (humidity and temperature Sensor). The system is completely maintenance
free. LED’S on the store sensor (htS) indicate the functional status.
An investment in the Eco-S system is really worthwhile, as it cuts your energy
consumption by up to 60%! therefore your new SCHOTT Termofrost® doors
and frames should always be equipped with Eco-S

Passive & Semi Passive Doors
Our Passive doors uses a Special IGU and a scratch resistant foil, that prevents fogging and icing of cold surfaces. On transparent substrates it provides clear view e.g. through a refrigerator door when opened.
Thanks to our foil and a special IGU you don´t need heated glass panes anymore!
