Corporate Counsel

The Job:

Yes! We do M&A work on a regular basis, but at the same we take great pride in assisting our internal clients in the negotiation of day-to-day contracts and other routine matters. Rather than being a specialist in any given area of the law, you enjoy and excel at the challenge of being a general practitioner with a broad scope of responsibility and a heavy but diversified workload. Your decision to work “in-house” is motivated by your passion to provide customized solutions that stand the test of time, rather than being limited to the role of an advisor. To that end, your creativity as well as your networking and communication skills are as important to us as your credentials as an attorney.

The Qualification:

In order to better serve our internal clients, we are looking for a fully qualified German attorney with at least 5 years of professional experience with a focus on commercial and corporate law which, ideally, you have gained working in the law department of a multi-national company. Your C.V. reflects your strive for professional excellence and international experience. You are fluent in English and German, both orally and in writing.
