What the graduates do together?

Advanced vocational training is not the only important factor. Joint activities by graduates from widely varying areas also play a prominent part and supplement the individually tailored graduate development program. Graduates meetings which take place at half-yeraly intervals at different SCHOTT Group locations, thier own communication (a graduate newspaper and digital forum) and joint workshops are attractive features of the SCHOTT graduate development programm plus many private meetings between the graduates as well.
