Dr. Ulrich Ackermann

Member of the SCHOTT Corporate Management Committee

In the Corporate Management Committee Ulrich Ackermann is responsible for the Flat Glass, Home Tech and Architecture & Design businesses, the Corporate Function Sales & Market Development as well as SCHOTT Asia.

Mr. Ackermann was born in Bochum, Germany, in 1955. He studied physics at the Ruhr-Universität in Bochum and completed his studies by receiving his diploma in 1980. In 1983, he graduated with the title of Dr. rer. nat. in plasma physics.
