Workshops

In preparation for the conference, four workshop topics had been arranged for.
  • At three different sites in Europe, namely
    • Valašské Meziříčí,
    • Barcelona and
    • Mainz,
  • local employees representatives and internal as well as external experts prepared the topics for discussion at the conference in November 2008.
The topics of the workshop were:
  • working time models
  • occupational health and safety
  • ideas management
  • conflict settlement
The topics were discussed at the conference with all EuroForum members, and then a second time at the EuroForum meeting with the representatives of the companies of SCHOTT AG.
