Workshops
In preparation for the conference, four workshop topics had been arranged for.
- At three different sites in Europe, namely
- Valašské Meziříčí,
- Barcelona and
- Mainz,
- local employees representatives and internal as well as external experts prepared the topics for discussion at the conference in November 2008.
The topics of the workshop were:
- working time models
- occupational health and safety
- ideas management
- conflict settlement
The topics were discussed at the conference with all EuroForum members, and then a second time at the EuroForum meeting with the representatives of the companies of SCHOTT AG.
