The “Erfolgsfaktor Familie” programme

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Udo Ungeheuer – Chairman of the Management Board of SCHOTT AG – represents the national Erfolgsfaktor Familie programme at SCHOTT in his role as an ambassador. The programme “Erfolgsfaktor Familie” is a programm of the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs. The programme’s sixteen ambassadors act as spokespersons and identification figures in Germany’s regions, putting a human face to the programme as practiced by SCHOTT. The experience and personal reputations of the ambassadors contribute towards enhancing family awareness in corporate settings, bringing the issue of family awareness to the fore.
