VIP box in Stuttgart’s World Cup Stadium glazed with "Amiran"

GERMANY – Like all of the other stadiums that will be hosting World Cup soccer matches, the Gottlieb Daimler Stadium in Stuttgart is currently preparing for the upcoming World Championship and for top soccer teams from France and the Netherlands. Most notably, the VIP zone has been rebuilt. In order to provide prominent spectators with an unobstructed view of the playing field, the boxes have been glazed with "Amiran", the non-reflective glass from SCHOTT in Grünenplan. In comparison with conventional float glass, "Amiran" offers one decisive advantage. It reduces disturbing reflections to under one percent and, thus, guarantees viewing without glare. Now, it is completely up to the star players in the World Cup to put on a great show.
"The Gottlieb Daimler Stadium seats 55,000 soccer fans. During the World Cup, four preliminary rounds, a round of sixteen and the match for third place will be held."
