PYRAN®
PYRAN® fulfils the requirements of fire resistance category E, thus providing a barrier against fire, hot gases and smoke. PYRAN® S is the product with the highest multi-functionality in SCHOTT‘s product range of special glass for fire rated glazing. The glass fulfils the requirements for a single-pane safety glass and, at the same time, it is suitable for all applications up to fire resistance category E 120. The interaction of innovative system solutions and creative freedom to design realises the full potential of PYRAN®.

PYRANOVA®
PYRANOVA® fire-resistant glass is a clear, laminated composite glass, consisting of at least two float glass panes. A transparent fire resistant layer, which foams in the case of fire, is incorporated between the panes. PYRANOVA®, applied in fire resistant glazing, avoids the passage of fire, smoke and heat radiation. PYRANOVA® meets the safety and insulated fire resistant requirements of many applications, in double glazed or butt jointed systems.
