Our portfolio of optical interference filters comprises of state-of-the-art bandpass interference filters and multi-cavity filters with much steeper curves and better blocking properties in adjacent ranges. SCHOTT also offers filters with hard thin film interference glass coatings realized with reactive evaporation or reactive ion plating which do not need additional protection, and filters with soft coatings that do need additional protection from damage or humidity. Both coatings (hard and soft) are manufactured with vapor-deposition under high vacuum. Special optical interference filters complete our portfolio, e.g. VERIL linear variable filters, and the low-fluorescening, sharp cut-on, glass-plastic laminated filters of the type KV. |
