SCHOTT Advanced Optics’ wide technology base – be it melting, pressing, drawing processes or levitation – equips it with the most modern fabrication processes to meet the needs of any customers’ optical glass requirements. With expertise in fabrication techniques till high accurate finishing, SCHOTT Advanced Optics can perform value-added processes according to the customers’ wishes. This includes processing of special glass in clean rooms, polishing, CNC fabrication, bonding, joining, laser cutting, surface coating, and glass forming, as well as many other high tech processes.

SCHOTT’s high quality standard is monitored at all production levels. We use the latest techniques for process assurance in order to meet our special requirements and those of our customers from material development to high precision measurement processes.
